Do you include the candy?

Yes, you can order wrappers with the candy bars, or the gum, or save money on shipping costs and order just the wrappers only. We recommend during warm months that you order wrappers only due to the possibility of the chocolate melting, and the cost of overnight shipping and cold packs. You can buy the candy at your local warehouse club. All you need is a glue stick and a little time to wrap them! We do include a few practice wrappers too!

Can I make changes to the example designs?

Please feel free to request changes to the designs. Depending on the design, we can usually change the text or background colors, and the colors of the clipart. Please note that this may add time to your order processing, depending on the changes requested.

You can also request a custom design for your particular occasion if you don't find what you are looking for in the designs we have listed. We will be happy to work with you on a special design made just for you! See "How do I request a custom order" below.

What is the return policy?

Once our wrappers have been printed, the order is non-refundable, unless there is an error made on our part like a typographical error. That is why we like for you to proof your wrappers by email before we print them. You can request us to print your order without you previewing it, but we will not refund your money if it is not correct. If your order arrives damaged in the mail, and the product is unusable, please contact us immediately. For us to replace or refund a damaged order, we will need you to return the entire original order within 3 business days.  If your event date has passed by this time, we will issue a refund, or we can give you credit towards another order.
